Kokumaro Med-Hot Curry is a rich and tasty curry with a touch of caramelized onions.
Directions (8 portions):
1 Curry box, 300g of meat, 2 onions, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 2 tablespoons of oil, 100cl of water
Preheat the oil in a pan with meat and vegetables and brown the onions.
Add and boil water. Simmer over low heat until the ingredients soften (15 min)
Add the curry and stir until the curry thickens (about 10 min). Serve on rice.
