Sweet Sour Sauce is ideal for grilled chicken, pork, also delicious as a dip for seasoning spring rolls, samosas, ravioli, bites.
Tips for Sweet & Sour Pork :
Marinate 150g pork tenderloin pieces with 1/5 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp beaten egg.
Dust with corn starch and pan-fry in oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
Saute 50g slices canned pineapple in 1 tbsp oil. Add pork, 4 tbsp Sweet & Sour Sauce and heat through.
