Tsuyu broth is a concentrate based on soy sauce and dashi (bonito + kombu seaweed) used mainly in quer soup that can be accompanied with Udon or Soba noodles
To be diluted 2 times, it can be served hot or cold.
INGREDIENTS:
Soy sauce, glucose syrup, sugar, salt, rough vinegar, kelp, kelp extract, bonito extract, yeast extract, shiitake mushroom extract, alcohol, amino acid.
