Torokeru Tasty Curry White Stew is a rich and tasty curry without animal ingredients, close to Bechamel.
Directions (8 servings):
1 can of curry, 300g of meat or fish, 1 onion, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 2 tablespoons of oil, 900ml of water
Preheat the oil in a saucepan with the meat / fish and vegetables and brown the onions.
Add and boil water. Simmer over low heat until the ingredients soften (15 min)
Add the curry and stir until the curry thickens (about 10 min). Serve on rice.
