Flour for okonomiyaki.
Preparation:
- 100g okonomiyaki flour
- 100ml water
- 1 egg
- 300g cabbage, cut into small pieces of about 5mm
- 100g of protein of your choice (pork, octopus, etc.)
In a large bowl, combine the flour and water.
Add cabbage and egg, and mix well.
Preheat an oiled pan over medium-high heat.
Pour the dough in two batches and cook for 4 minutes.
Flip the okonomiyakis and cook for 5 minutes, covering.
Flip again and cook for 1 minute uncovered.
Serve with mayonaise, okonomiyaki sauce, dried bonito, etc.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, salt, glucose, baking powder, seasoning (amino acid).
